Laura Russello, Founder & CEO
Laura has 18 years of innovative experience in the nonprofit and hybrid sectors including executive level leadership, development, grant writing, staff management, research, evaluation, and breakthrough impact measurement at top organizations like Harlem Children’s Zone, Columbia University, The Doe Fund, and Housing Works. She incorporates a special focus on connecting foundations, businesses, and individuals to philanthropic causes that are creating the most significant impact.
Laura graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work. She has received a Liberty Bell Award from the Washtenaw County, Michigan Bar Association for her community activism, as well as the Social Work Merit Scholarship from University of Michigan, and the Project South Africa Scholarship from University of Denver.
She enjoys art, fashion design, drumming, philosophy, yoga, comparative religion, and travel.
